Nothing is charged on this website. The price is agreed with you in writing on WhatsApp before you travel, and this policy applies to whatever you have paid by then.
If you cancel
More than 48 hours before the excursion — 90% refund. The 10% we keep covers the bank charges on your payment and on the refund itself, which are charged to us whether the excursion runs or not.
Between 24 and 48 hours before — 50% refund. By then your places are held in your name and the transport and the guide are already booked.
Less than 24 hours before, or if you do not turn up — no refund. The transport and the guide have been paid for and the seats cannot be resold at that notice.
If we cancel
We call off an excursion when the weather makes it unsafe, when the sea will not let the boat go out, when the minimum number of travellers is not reached, or for reasons outside our control.
When that happens you choose: a full refund of everything you paid, or the same excursion on another day at no extra cost.
How to cancel
Write to the same WhatsApp number you booked on. The time your message reaches us is the time that counts, not the time you meant to send it.
